Length of work is one the assessments or determinants that can show company has engaged employees. PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari (PT SIL) employees who have worked for more than 16 years as much 62,25 percent, this shows many at SIL feel with company. Based on background, research was conducted which aimed to find out and analyze what factors influence employee engagement performance SIL. The sample study includes 100 his a stratified random sample. variables used describe are leadership, compensation, organizational culture. Other potential performance. Organizational culture (organizational culture) been shown significant positive impact both (employee performance).
